Managing Director of Omatek, Mrs. Florence Seriki while speaking at official launch of the new solar technology produced by Omatek Engineering Services Limited, a subsidiary of the company in Lagos recently said that the firm has resolved to made available to Nigerians affordable technologies.
According to her, the company is determination to create technological innovations with world class quality standards.

She said, "These products would be most useful for homes and offices in cushioning the effect of power outages frequently experienced in the country and the products can help reduce energy consumption by 85 per cent. We have solar hybrid alternative power solutions with the use of LED bulbs together with street lights and alternative power solution using Solar and LED technology. Our solutions combine the benefits of the solar system and those of the LED technology to proffer solutions that reduce energy consumption considerably while saving costs by 60-85 per cent whilst providing 24- hour lighting solution."
